What is 13 Saturdays?

Welcome to 13 Saturdays.

13saturdays.com is a blog that chronicles one fan's adventures of spending an entire season traveling throughout the Pac-12, immersing himself in the tailgates and traditions that make gamedays in the Conference of Champions unique.

Eric Walder spent the 2016 college football season traveling to each of the Pac-12 schools to experience each school's gameday atmosphere through the eyes of a fan.  Without any pre-arranged plans, "Mr. Saturday" talked his way into as many tailgates as possible, grabbed the best value seats he could find, and soaked up whatever made each gameday distinct. 

From the Holy War to the Civil War, it was an incredible journey, filled with sailgating, duckhunting, and bikini-clad band practices.  You can hop aboard and join the journey from the opening kick or head on over to the schedule to experience your favorite Pac-12 school's gameday through a different lens.
